The exam timer isn’t moving. What can I do?
Sometimes when you are taking a course, you might notice that the timer isn’t progressing. Don’t worry – this is usually due to various web browser settings. Just log out and log back into your account. If the timer still isn’t moving, log out, clear your cache, then log back in.
How do I submit my certificate electronically?
If you selected the electronic submission option, simply click on the big red box located after the workshop completion and fill out the form completely. Your certificate will then be submitted automatically.

We cannot offer refunds on completed courses or courses that are in progress.

Can I look at the test and then go back to the course? Can I complete the test later?
Of course! The test can be taken as many times as necessary, so feel free to look it over and return to the course materials. You will be able to access the test again when you are ready.
